I’d like to think of myself as a progressive consultant, devoted to applying theory, practical application and innovation to the development of others. I’ve been working in the learning and development industry since 2002 and joined Impact in 2011. As a lead designer and facilitator, I deliver client solutions globally, from graduate level to organizational leaders for private, public and non-profit firms. I began my career as an adventure educator and continue to bring an experiential learning focus to leadership development and high performance in teams and organizations. I believe my clients benefit from my experience in working with a wide range of teams facing rapidly changing work environments helping them develop specific skills such as interpersonal aptitudes and change ready leadership. I strive to be authentic, inclusive and provide an intellectually stimulating experience that adds real value to the lives of others.
