Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) specialized on Energy & Utilities and Oil & Gas industries- Risk Management framework and processes implementation and adaption according to ISO and CoSo- Creation and development of key risks quantitative target model for key risks\' monitoring and reporting- PMO activities: Monitoring and control of projects execution performance, optimization of budget allocation, definition of priorities, reporting of the overall progress of each project, status of milestones and deliverables- Business Translation: Understanding of client needs and translation into technical requirements for the development of web-based solutions (Design Thinking Workshop, Functional Analysis and UAT)- Supporting the auditing activities: assess data and parameters objectively, in order to determine to what extent the criteria set have been met or not.
