Ciramar Shipyard specializes in the operations of shipyards serving both the naval and maritime industries.I was engaged to lead the strategic analysis, planning, and recommendation on a proposed capital expansion of a shipyard in the Las Calderas region of the Dominican Republic. In this capacity, I perform the full scope of due diligence, developing insights and maximizing ROI and NOI via direction on scoping, financial evaluation, cash flow modeling, market research, business plan development, and other activities. Key achievements:Evaluated, coordinated and directed the activities related to the implementation of ESHS standards and new technologies in order to streamline the operational processes of the company.Facilitated a broad scope of planning activities. Liaised with and presented to Board of Directors, project managers, architects, engineers, accountants, investor sponsors, and US and Dominican governments.
