My career began with a solid background in customer service as a Customer Care Executive at Bharathi Airtel. Driven by a passion for media, I pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Journalism and Communication from Kerala Media Academy, which ignited my journey as an independent journalist.My career took a strategic turn when I joined K.I.H.R.D, an HR development institution under Popular Motors India Ltd, as an Office Administrator. This role sparked my interest in logistics and supply chain management. I furthered my expertise by assisting in the creation of the ecommerce brand Plus cart under Riona International, where I excelled in digital and social media marketing.Pursuing a PG Diploma in Logistics and Shipping from the Indian Institute of Logistics, I gained hands-on experience in various shipping modes through my internship at Shipwaves Online LLC. My role evolved to managing international logistics operations, which deepened my understanding of the industry.Despite my achievements in logistics, my passion for content creation remains strong. Combining my journalism background with my logistics knowledge, I am eager to create compelling content that bridges these two fields.
