I build delivery systems that protect revenue and customer trust in complex B2B SaaS environments. Most recently I led program and delivery governance at Tobi Cloud — a US-based AI-powered transport-tech platform — reporting directly to the CEO and governing 5 cross-functional engineering squads across product, QA, mobile, and AI/ML. Two pieces of work I\'m most proud of: The BuckledIn go-live. Contract signed May 12. Go-live August 1 — fixed, immovable, aligned to the US school year. 11 weeks. Six net-new features for a market vertical (school transportation) that Tobi was never architected for. The go-live was hard — 15 major escalations in the first 6 weeks. I ran daily war rooms with defined role ownership, moved the team to Kanban mode, and held daily transparency calls with BuckledIn\'s CEO throughout. At week 3, they wanted to revert to their old system. Seven months later they\'re still live. BuckledIn\'s CEO told our CEO:\"Manu understands our business very well.\" Orion — our in-house AI route optimisation engine. We were paying $3K–$10K/month for a third-party AI tool that dispatchers rejected 100% of the time. I governed the 12-month build of a replacement — Google OR-Tools, custom constraint algorithms, and an ex-Apple Applied Scientist as consultant. We went from 0% to 70%+ dispatcher acceptance in production. Orion is now live with three enterprise tenants and is the core AI differentiation layer of the platform. Before Tobi, I spent 6 years at HHAeXchange — a leading US homecare SaaS platform — leading multiple cross-functional R&D squads, driving a 60% YoY improvement in delivery velocity, and leading an On-Prem to Cloud migration. Weekly CTO reporting throughout. What I bring to a delivery leadership role: structured governance, early risk signalling, written clarity discipline, and the ability to translate customer operations into engineering language — and back again.
