   Involved in the design process of three products is Knowbler, Searchunify and Suva.Knowbler- Introduced Knowbler (1st and 2nd iterations), with a focus on generating knowledge for agents- Developed and designed 100+ subpages for Knowbler dashboard and web applications which were actively used by over 240 agents on Salesforce, Zendesk, Servicenow- Developed various brand identities for multiple projects- Lead product design decisions with project managers and BA, overseeing a team of 4 members and collaborated closely with the front-end and QA team- Contributed to the designing part of Events and marketing stuff- Introduced new version of knowbler guide ( Work in progress )- Interduce GPT on Knowbler to generate article (Design for AI Driven Tech).Searchunify- Introduced Searchunify (2nd iterations), with a focus on providing search for enterprisers- Developed and designed 300+ subpages for Searchunify dashboard and search page which were actively used by over 10K agents on Salesforce, Zendesk, Servicenow, MsDynamics, Website and 14+ platforms- Developed various search page identities for multiple clients- Led product design decisions with project managers and BA, collaborated closely with the front-end and QA team- Contributed to the designing part of Events and marketing stuff.Suva- Introduced Suva (2nd phase WIP), with a focus on World’s First Federated, Information Retrieval - Augmented Virtual Assistant for Fine-tuned, Contextual, and Intent-driven Conversational Experiences at Scale- Developed and designed 60+ subpages for Suva dashboard and Chat Widget which were actively used by over 90+ agents- Contributed to the designing part of Events and marketing stuff.
