Program Manager for end to end delivery of a state public procurement portal with team of over 50 people being ramped up further. This project shall implement global best practices and AI based innovative solutions using a largely open source microservices based framework. Led a team of AI Center of Excellence for identification, prototyping, development, testing and productionizing AI use cases for different departments of an Indian state eg IT, Traffic police, Social security, Taxation, Health, Tourism etc with the objective of citizen welfare, department efficiencies and reducing revenue leakages. The project was solutioning and bringing together the existing data platforms with technology enabled AI based solutions for process improvements and improving governance insights to deliver the objectives of this state level digital initiative.Worked with top bureaucrats of the state to deliver project outcomes.
