Conduct Demand review, S & OP and supply review meetings every month and prepare the required presentations.• Single point of contact for managing all export order executions, contributing 35% to the Group’s revenue• Key member of two cross-functional project teams focused on Export business and inventory management• Working on forecasts and inventories, keeping an accurate record of the process, and analyzing performance.• Analyze demand forecasts, market trends, and customer requirements to optimize inventory levels and production schedules.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, Quality, logistics, and Sales, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of supply chain activities.• Develop and maintain inventory management policies and procedures to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop accurate demand forecasts and align production schedules accordingly• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to supply chain operations.• Provide regular reports and updates to top management on supply chain performance, risks, and opportunities.• Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy.• Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions on time.
