Audit supplier quality systems & production lines (OEL) to ensure compliance with OPPO quality standards, process controls, and regulatory requirements.2. Evaluate manufacturing processes including assembly, testing, packing, and outgoing quality3. Review ESD controls, calibration and approve control plans, PFMEA, SOPs, inspection standards, and test procedures & Check process flow, CTQs, control points.4. Monitor incoming, in-process, and outgoing quality performance of suppliers5. Drive root cause analysis for quality issues using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone6. Ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) implementation and effectiveness validation.7. Handle supplier quality issues related to earbuds, neckbands, power banks, smartwatches, and accessories.8. Verify material traceability & barcode systems and improve FPY, DPPM, rejection rate, and RMA issues9. Coordinate with R&D, NPI, Manufacturing, and Supplier teams for quality improvement10. Verify and ensure packaging & logistics quality compliance and verify compliance with reliability tests, Audit testing stations (Function test, RF, battery, aging, vibration, drop test), safety standards, and cosmetic standards and close audit gaps with action plans and follow-ups.
