Embrace and retain knowledge via trainers, manuals and videos to teach eight new styles of ballroom dance within three weeks: i.e. figures, floor alignments, lead/follow signals, rhythm/timing/count, and characteristics unique to each dance- Intuitively, innovatively, and efficiently devise and prepare progressive lesson plans for both private and group courses - Enrich student experience by accommodating preferred learning styles and personalizing music choices - Educate students of all ages (6-12; 13-18; 19-80+) as well as students with both physical and learning disabilities- Embolden attendance and guide goal-setting pertinent to students and their individual dance objectives; offer extra assistance before and after hours for struggling each song with a different student and imparting equal zeal - Display authentic interest in a student’s life outside of dance and kept reliable contact with them in out and of studio- In addition to overtime, travel extra hours three times a week to practice with dancers and coaches from other FA studios to continue developing as a professional dancer- Perform open and closed both smooth and rhythm routines with various professional partners for professional ballroom competitions
