Hello, I\'m Manthan Keim, a proud graduate with a Master\'s degree in Technology Leadership and Innovation (TLI) from Purdue University. My research and academic journey have been deeply rooted in enhancing technology at the intersection of software engineering and digital innovation. My thesis work, guided by Dr. Steve Elliott and supported by committee members Dr. Chad Laux and Dr. Brandon Grant, has been a cornerstone of this exploration. During my time at Purdue, I developed a keen interest in \"digital innovation\" and contributed to impactful open-source projects. My coursework spanned areas such as Natural Language Processing, Data Mining, Artificial Intelligence, Foundations of Innovation Studies, Human-Computer Interaction, and Application Visual Analytics. These experiences equipped me with a robust framework to tackle complex problems and drive technology-forward solutions. Professionally, I have served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Purdue University, assisting in courses like Biometric Technology, Project Management (UG), and Project Management for Organizational and Human Resource Development (PG). These roles have sharpened my skills in mentoring, project management, and fostering collaborative learning environments. I am thrilled to begin the next phase of my journey as a Managed File Transfer Engineer at Zotec Partners in Carmel, Indiana.
