As the Resources and Logistics Head at Yuvam 2023, the biggest hostel feat of ICT Mumbai, my role involved overseeing and managing various aspects of resources and logistics. I coordinated the procurement, distribution, and inventory management of materials such as food, accommodation, and supplies. I also planned and coordinated transportation, managed schedules, and ensured timely delivery of resources. Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders were essential in resolving logistical issues and providing a seamless experience for participants. My contribution played a crucial role in the success of the event.
