ABOUT MANTHAN RASAL

As a Master of Architecture Graduate from the California College of the Arts, I am an ambitious designer dedicated to creating spaces that celebrate both people and place. I currently work as a Job Captain at Architects Orange where I focus on multifamily and mixed-use developments. Backed by 3.5+ years of professional experience, I bring a sharp design sensibility and a drive to push creative boundaries.My journey includes over a year of work at Kenneth Park Architects— where I design high-end retail stores, commercial hubs and shopping centers, an 8-month internship at Stantec—where I advanced design development and working drawings using Building Information Modeling (BIM)—and a 7-month internship with Architect Hafeez Contractor, where I gained hands-on experience with large-scale commercial, residential, and master planning projects across India.I have been recognized multiple times for my passion and leadership in architecture. My research on sustainable materials—focused on transforming forest waste into viable design solutions—was featured by NBC Bay Area News. I am also a published contributor to the Indian National Trust for Art and Cultural Heritage (INTACH), where my team and I documented and preserved a 300-year-old unprotected heritage structure, reinforcing my commitment to architectural conservation and innovation.I thrive at the intersection of design development, BIM, research, and storytelling. With every project, my goal is clear: to deliver sustainable, transformative spaces that reflect the beauty, resilience, and diversity of our world.
