Description: The aim of this project is to provide a comprehensive reporting system to the client, which will help them make more informed business decisions and track their growth effectively. This is a centralized and robust reporting system that allows multiple users to view the same report simultaneously from different geographic locations, with row-level security to ensure that only relevant stakeholders have access to the content.Role: My responsibilities in this project include- Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Tableau, providing consulting, planning, and implementing the Tableau Architecture as per the client\'s requirements with minimal cost and third-party dependencies- Directly connecting with clients and business users to gather requirements and plan builds- Using Agile methodology to manage the project, including organizing Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, retrospective meetings, daily Scrum calls, and weekly project status reporting- Applying ITIL concepts to govern the process and provide a ticketing solution to the client. These concepts are crucial to the success of the support project, and we are using widely-used ticketing tools like Service Now and JIRA to implement ITIL processes into the project- Providing technical solutions to business problems, transforming pain points into technical requirements, and converting them into business strengths through effective and efficient solutions- Collaborating with different teams to ensure timely delivery of technical work, including Development, Testing, Business User Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Production releases- Creating High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), Project Resource Monitoring (PRM), Data Models (Conceptual, Physical, and Logical) using Erwin tool, Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM), Impact Analysis documents, test cases (mostly Unit, Smoke, and Integration), and maintaining Runbooks.
