I work as a Data Engineer in analytics-heavy environments, primarily within healthcare and consulting use cases.My focus is on building reliable, scalable, and cost-aware data systems using Snowflake, SQL, Python, and strong data modeling practices.Early in my career, I spent a lot of time executing tasks. Over time, I’ve realized that the biggest differentiator at senior levels isn’t writing queries faster — it’s owning design decisions, understanding tradeoffs, and building systems that hold up under scale, cost pressure, and changing business needs.I’m currently leveling up toward senior data engineering responsibilities: system design, end-to-end pipeline ownership, performance and cost optimization, and mentoring.I share practical learnings around data engineering, analytics systems, Snowflake, Python-based workflows, and the realities of moving from mid-level execution to senior ownership.
