Design and maintain a modular workflow using Python and ecFlow to support the operational deployment of SCHISM- and ADCIRC-based STOFS systems on WCOSS2 and in Docker environments. Develop and test ESMF-based coupling configurations integrating SCHISM, ADCIRC, and WaveWatch within the UFS Coastal framework, using Unified Workflow (UW) tools for workflow execution. Build and maintain Python tools such as SCHISM-ecFlow and stofs_utils, and contribute to pySCHISM, including a Conda-based setup for reproducible pre-/post-processing across HPC systems. Collaborate with teams across CO-OPS, OCS, and external academic and industry partners to align technical planning, development timelines, and deliverables.
