ABOUT MANSOOR ANIS

Hi, I’m Mansoor. I am a computer science undergraduate at the University of Alberta (expected graduation in 2026) and have experience in the following fields- Full stack web development with React, Express, Flask, Javascript/Typescript, and Go - Cloud development and deployment using AWS and Microsoft Azure- Integrating Machine learning models into complex software applications- Building and integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) with Python- Also learning Java and Spring Boot in my current co-op term. Throughout my internships, I have gained experience in building scalable and robust customer-first applications by taking ownership of the feature/product I am working on. My main focus is developing applications which are easy to maintain and add on to in the future. My ever-growing interest in learning new technologies keeps me occupied and helps me deliver results faster. I started coding since 14 when I was curious about how HTML and CSS worked. This curiosity has led me to build countless side projects (20+) and win multiple hackathons (3+) in the hopes of building something useful for the community. Apart from software development, I love playing sports (swimming, football, badminton etc) both competitively and casually.*I am currently looking for Summer 2025 co-op/internships and would love to chat about any potential opportunities.* I am also actively involved in multiple leadership positions on campus. I previously led the Google Developer Student Club as President and currently represent more than CS students on campus as elected Vice President of Finance. I also like mentoring and have taken up the role of Undergraduate Teaching Assistant since my second year.
