I am Mansoor, a Lead Engineer with expertise in project execution, design engineering, and new product development in the oil and gas industry. I have a Master degree in Mechanical Engineering (Manufacturing Technology & Automation) from National University of Singapore. My passion is to meet and work with new people and I am determined to learn new things and execute my tasks with utmost precision and in a timely manner.    Leading well control (Subsea 2.0) engineering projects with focus on project safety, quality, delivery, schedule and budget.• Review & interpret customer technical specifications and industry codes and propose functional & cost-effective solutions based on standard/fit-for-purpose offerings.• Provide leadership and guidance to team of engineers, Designers for assigned project.• Responsible to ensure all engineering scope for assigned project and meets customer requirements and is delivered on time.• Works with project planner and project manager to plan, generate and maintain engineering schedule of assigned projects.• Technical focal point for all communication with customer and internal project team.• Collaborates closely with internal project team members (Project Managers, Engineers, Planners, Manufacturing, Assembly & Test, Installation, Designers) to ensure successful project execution.• Reviews and approves engineering documents, including specifications, drawings, MEL (Master Equipment List), part reports, ECN (Engineering Change Notice), design documents and Testing procedures (FAT, EFAT)• Facilitates design reviews (Internal & External with Client).• Checks the work of designers and other engineers.• Provides expert technical support to equipment manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, test, and installation activities.• Actively contributes to department discussions relating to technical issues, lessons learnt.• Assists with competency development of others through mentoring, coaching, training sessions.
