   Since its 2010 inception, Core Impact Partners (CIP, formerly Petros Partners) has been an industry leader in esoteric structured finance. We are experts in developing and originating new and innovative fixed income assets that we structure and securitize with our large bench of institutional class investors for our own platform or for select clients. We also have a thriving tax credit business which includes regular allocations of Federal and State New Markets Tax Credits, advisory engagements with public and private clients, and other tax credit awards and activities. Collectively, we have raised and deployed over $2.5 billion in private credit and other investment funds, tax credits, and community investments. CIP highlight: In 2015 we founded, then grew and sold one of our structured credit platforms, Petros PACE Finance, to Apollo (NYSE: APO) in January 2022.
