I made the journey to Canada almost four years ago to continue my HR studies after spending the majority of my life in India, and what a roller coaster ride it has been! Starting my career in Human Resources seemed like a mismatch at first given my B.sc Hons in Physics. However, I recognized the opportunity it presented, to understand the most important asset of any organization; the people. I studied Human resources at Lambton College, Sarnia. A deep understanding of Recruitment & selection, organizational behavior, learning and development, and Labour relations practicum were stressed in my curriculum as ways to report on and forecast HR Budgeting and utilization. A competent and passionate HR Generalist with over 3 years of experience in the field of People and Organisational solutions. My previous roles have strengthened my competence in people management and coordinating HR events efficiently. I specialize in Mass Recruitment which involves attracting, qualifying and onboarding a high volume of employees at once. With my ability to build strong relationships, great communications skills, passion for candidate care, and experience in sourcing, I succeed in attracting and hiring great talent across the industry.
