I am a semi-qualified Chartered Accountant and a postgraduate in Commerce with over 11 years of professional experience in Audit & Assurance, covering both country and global practices. My audit journey has shaped my expertise across statutory audits, internal audits, stock audits, concurrent audits of banks, and specialised global audits including Employee Benefit Plans (EBPs), Single Audits, and sector-specific engagements in healthcare, higher education, and not-for-profit organisations.Alongside my technical career, I have spent the last 5 years deeply involved in organisational culture-building and people-engagement initiatives. This dual exposure has been one of the most rewarding parts of my professional journey.
