Hi, I am Mansi, a scientific researcher. For the last ten-odd years, I have worked on developing biofortified crop cultivars to address the global concern of hidden hunger. However different yet interconnected, I began my research journey with a small effort towards safe water in the form of an inexpensive portable water purification device (patented). Ever since, I have been passionately looking for solutions to global food & water insecurity. I welcome all collaborative opportunities where I can conscientiously use my unique skills and scientific background to add value.
