Hey, I’m Mansi I’m 22 y/o and currently in the final year of my B.Tech in Biotechnology. Over the last few years, I’ve had the chance to explore biotechnology from different angles—molecular biology, recombinant DNA technology, hematology, analytical chemistry, microbiology, and even oncology research. I enjoy exploring learning across domains.‍ Work & Internships:At Supra Oncology Pvt. Ltd, I worked on data management in oncology, compiling info on cancer-related genes, drug targets, clinical trials, and patient care programs. At Ashalini Lab Tech Services, I was exposed to water quality testing—BOD, COD, spectrophotometry, and microbial assays, where I learned how much accuracy matters in even the smallest steps. At Rapture Biotech, I got my hands on training with PCR, DNA isolation, transformation assays, and DNA fingerprinting basically the fun part of molecular biology.I also spent a short time as a Student Placement Coordinator, helping organize placement drives and student–recruiter interactions. That gave me a taste of leadership and teamwork outside the lab. What I’m figuring out:I’m still exploring where I want to head next. I’m curious about roles involving research projects, healthcare consulting, regulatory affairs, QA, R&D, and data-driven (data analysis) biotech roles. For me, the exciting part is learning, experimenting, and finding where I & my skills can create the most impact on existing problems. Beyond biotech:I like writing, connecting with people, and constantly learning something new. I believe in being adaptable—whether it’s lab work, data analysis, or team coordination, I enjoy pushing myself out of my safe space. That’s about me!
