At eClerx, I have dual role now. I am in CnB team as well as I am HRBP for HR. Earlier at eClerx, I was part of Talent Engagement team as HRBP for Digital marketing vertical(short stint of 8 months). In Compensation and Benefits team at eClerx, my role included 1. Managing of Compensation processes like Annual Compensation review cycles, Compensation Benchmarking, Total Rewards, Bonuses Administration and Market Surveys 2. Managing compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and aligned with business objectives, promote employee understanding and engagement, and ensure ongoing compliance with statutory laws and regulations 3. Analysis and Development of employee compensation and benefits solutions as per business need At WNS, my role as member of the HR Projects Team was about handling various global HR projects which involve end to end execution of HR Programs & HR Systems. It required me to Project Manage several of the Global Rollouts and New System Implementation. I was required to provide solution to HR challenges which required process re-engineering, automation, Training, Compliance with law, standards and policies and Audit & Governance as part of my core deliverable. I had to be up to date with the latest offerings in the market and industry best practices to perform well in the role. Roles and Responsibilities: • Plan and lead Human resource practices and processes that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture • To maintain and develop leading edge HR systems and processes to address the effective management of people in relation to the following in order to maintain competitive advantage • Ensuring a transparent, clear, consistent, comprehensive and seamless delivery of end to end project • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders • Develop proposals and track progress reports • Ensure adherence to performance baselines in terms of cost, quality, scope and budget • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics • Ensure legal and statutory compliance • Due Diligence & Audit • Vendor Evaluation and Management I have 2 months of experience in Recruitments at Foresight Resourcing Solutions and 19 months as PL/SQL developer at TCS for GESS, Ultimatix, Internal website of TCS. I am Post Graduate Diploma in Management with HR as specialization and a Computer Engineer. I am confident, open to experience new eco-systems, curiosity-driven, self-motivator, fast learner, dedicated, and ready to explore things.
