Support 1st Line RiskManagers:Collaborate with business units to periodically review processes, ensuring the Operational Risk Management Framework is consistently embedded across the organization- Maintain Risk Inventories: Ensure that processes, risks, and control inventories are current and aligned with the objectives of the 1st Line risk team- Process Mapping and Reviews:Review and refresh process maps; conduct risk and control reviews alongside 1st Line Risk Managers- Key Risk Indicators (KRI): ReviewKRIs affected by Risk Events or Change Programs, propose updates to KRI owners as necessary- Control Testing: Manage a control library, write test scripts, and conduct control testing in line with the Operational Risk Management framework- Policy Support: Assist 1st Line Risk Managers in drafting and reviewing select policies and procedures- Issue Management Tracking: Run project management for Issue Management related to Controls as requested by 1st Line Risk managers -Operational ResilienceExercises:Coordinate exercises with support from 1st Line RiskManagers- Risk Assessments and Trends:Support risk assessment activities(RCSA, Scenario Planning, etc.), analyze trends, and prepare findings for presentation to Business Unit heads- Risk Event Management: Ensure timely and accurate recording of Risk Events (REV) and oversee action remediation- Conduct Testing: Perform risk-based testing as directed by the 1st Line Risk Manager- Coordinate Responses: Assist in coordinating responses to findings from various testing activities (1st Line Risk testing, RCS assurance,SOX/ISAE testing)- Meeting Preparation: Support the preparation of agendas and papers for Business Control meetings and updates for the Risk Control Committee (RCC) as needed.
