Invoice Submission Process: Responsible for international invoices generation process under SAP contracts for Fixed Price Project and under SO for Time and Material. Validation of invoices PO invoices with PO copy and Non-PO invoices with SOW/Contract for currency, project description, material description, time period, Bill to Party & Ship to Party. Identifying issues / concerns with outstanding invoices and to setup a process wherein the payments come’s in on time. Ensure to submit all invoices within 2 days timeline & to correct contact. • Collection Process: Check the invoice status in customer portal on regular basis & for any approval pending or rejection, check with clients/customers for reason & resolve the same. Coordinate with clients/customers for all dues till we get the scheduled payment date as per due date. Check on Credit note/ Debit note approval pending within internal matric, follow-up on same to get the same raised in system & submit to customer. Ensure all receipts & credit memos are applied where details are available if details not available follow-up with customer. Weekly calls for high billing accounts to identify any issue at first level to avoid the payment delay. • Reconciliation Process: Creating reconcile file every week as per payment received in Wipro report. Need to check each value is correct if any difference found in data correct this. Some Reconciliation done by one time in a monthly basis. Collect payment dump for client portal then match correct value which we needed.
