An aspiring and dedicated HR professional with hands-on experience across both operational and strategic dimensions of human resources.I have recently been promoted to Graduate Analyst – HCM Tester, GCC Global Human Resources, reflecting increased responsibilities and a deeper impact within HR technology.Prior to this role, I served as Assistant Analyst – HCM Tester for the GCC Australia Human Resources team at WSP in India, where I transitioned into the implementation and support landscape of Oracle HCM systems for the Australia geography. This progression marked a key milestone in my HR tech journey, enabling me to actively support end-to-end testing of HCM modules, ensure system stability, and contribute to enhanced HR functionality across global operations.Previously, I worked with WSP ICRC Canada as an HR Trainee, where I gained rich exposure to global HR practices, managing the entire employee life cycle—from onboarding to offboarding—on Oracle HCM. This role strengthened my capabilities in driving efficiency and accuracy in HR operations while operating across international time zones.Over the course of my HR journey, I have been involved in various facets of the function, including talent acquisition, recruitment operations, employee engagement, HR documentation, and compliance. My experience reflects a strong foundation in delivering consistent and people-centric solutions that align with organizational goals.During my MBA, I undertook leadership roles such as Class Representative (CR) and Internship & Placement Coordinator, honing my organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Being from an Army background, I bring with me a high degree of adaptability, discipline, and cultural sensitivity, having navigated diverse environments and geographies.I am enthusiastic about collaborating with forward-thinking HR teams and contributing to transformative initiatives in the space of HR tech and global HR operations.
