About Mansi Mangla

Mansi is a seasoned professional with an experience in strategy and program management. She has been working with YES Bank since 2021, and has gathered diverse and in depth knowledge on the banking industry. She has been the founding member for two flagship programs (YES HeadStartup and YES Private) for the bank, and recently started with the her stint at the Executive Director’s office. With hands on experience in domains like strategy, business profitability, stakeholder management, negotiations and crisis management, partnership and alliances, she has always tried expand her horizons. She has worked extensively on campaign management and onboarding customer journeys, along with the digital marketing.She completed her MBA in Marketing and operations from MDI, Gurgaon, in 2021. Before, that she is an electronics and communications engineer. She is a keen learner trying to expand her learning curve always. She is hardworking, ambitious and confident about what she does. Mansi believes in creating a positive impact on the society and causes like child education, mental health and women empowerment are close to her. She has been involved in volunteering activities and creating awareness about such issues in the society.
