Job Profile: Supply Chain Executive – Export Documentation & LogisticsKey Responsibilities:Managing end-to-end export documentation, including Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, and other statutory documents as per customer and country requirements.Coordinating with CHA, Freight Forwarders, and Shipping Lines for booking, vessel planning, and on-time dispatches.Handling pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation as per LC and non-LC terms.Responsible for transportation arrangements from plant/warehouse to port, ensuring timely pickup and smooth transit.Maintaining communication with international customers, providing order status updates and timely sharing of shipping documents.Monitoring export compliance, including checking regulatory guidelines and ensuring accuracy in documentation.Coordinating with internal teams like Sales, Production, and Finance for shipment planning and documentation readiness.Working on portals like CargoX, ICEGATE, and customer-specific platforms for document upload and approvals.Ensuring timely submission of documents to the bank and follow-up for negotiation/realization under LC.Handling any documentation amendments, discrepancies raised by customers or banks.Supporting logistics cost tracking, freight negotiation, and MIS preparation
