Responsible for handling whole life cycle recruitment, including candidate’s identification, interview, evaluation, salary negotiation, interview scheduling, and post interview aspects such as follow up with vendor for interview feedback-Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. This may include job advertising, employer branding, and outreach efforts-Managed various weekend drives for skills Java Developer, Devops Engineer, Renewals Manager, Databricks Developer, ServiceNow Developer, Service Dest Team Lead, Microsoft 365 and Systems Administrator roles-Using social media as sourcing, networking and branding tool to include but not limited to: LinkedIn, Facebook-Proficiency in using platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and various portals for recruitment-Conducting pre-screen conversations with candidates to evaluate their readiness for consideration as potential hires-Demonstrating the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with fellow recruiters, hiring managers, and passive candidates.
