I use bioinformatics and large-scale genomic data to answer real-world healthcare questions. Trained as a Bioinformatics postgraduate with an MSc from the University of Bristol, I have a strong academic foundation in the life sciences and computational biology.My Top skills include- Large-Scale Genomics - NGS data analysis (Bulk RNA-seq, scRNA-seq)- Protein–Ligand Docking & ADMET Profiling (PyRX, Discovery Studios, AutoDock Vina)- 3D Protein Structure Analysis (AlphaFold, PyMOL)- Python, R, LinuxMy key projects include analysing over Salmonella enterica genomes for epidemiological and AMR surveillance, plasmid reconstruction, and phylogenetic analysis (Mater\'s thesis), as well as computational drug discovery projects involving protein–ligand docking and ADMET profiling and AI-driven mental health prediction using machine learning on questionnaire-based data to assess stress, depression, and anxiety.My goal is to work in a research-focused organisation applying genomics and computational biology to healthcare innovation, particularly in drug discovery, cancer biology, and infectious diseases. Long term, I plan to pursue a PhD and develop an independent research career.
