Keeping pace with the best Social practices, Hero Ecotech Ltd. is India’s only and SMETA Pillar 4 audited bicycle factory. This puts us up in the global map of Responsible Manufacturing Bicycle manufacturing units and thus first choice of Major Retailers across USA,UK, Germany, France etc. We are proud to be India’s largest exporter of bicycles to Europe and USA. With a campus spread over 40 acres and all critical operations - tool design, tool manufacturing, Fabrication, Painting & Assembly in house, we are a full service bicycle company. We have liquid, powder ( Multi Color) and CED paint shops. We do robotic welding as well as tig and mig welding. We are approved by some of the largest retailers both in Europe as well as USA. We are also into manufacturing of orthopaedic equipment under the brand name of Mediva. In India we have our own brand of bicycles called KROSS. We are now in the process of diversifying into all kind of tubular & sheetmetal component manufacturing.
