ABOUT MANSI BAGRI

Hi, I’m Mansi — someone who finds purpose in people, passion in strategy, and power in meaningful growth.I’m a PGDM Marketing student at IMT Ghaziabad with a strong foundation in marketing, brand building, and client growth strategy. Most recently, I worked as a Key Accounts Manager at Zomato, where I scaled my portfolio 5x and delivered a 3x return on ad spend. From negotiating with high-stake partners to crafting performance-driven campaigns, I learned how to balance numbers with nuance — and relationships with results.Prior to that, I explored the people side of business during my HR internship at Dalmia Cements and found myself drawn to the inner workings of how organizations think, grow, and thrive.My foundation was built at Christ University, where I pursued my BBA (Hons) and wore multiple hats — from leading PR and events at Girl Up Sky, a UN-backed foundation, to heading the scoring committee of the Business Association and managing social media and creatives for Pravah, the HR club. I also volunteered with Project Dana, an experience that grounded me in purpose-led work.Over the years, I’ve developed a keen interest in marketing strategy, business development, client servicing, stakeholder management, sales strategy, and data-backed decision-making. I’m constantly curious, always looking to learn, and driven by the desire to create meaningful, measurable impact.Beyond the professional world, I’m someone who values creativity, community, and conversations that go beyond the surface.
