Hello, I’m Mansi Advilkar, a passionate HR professional with a background in Human Resources from NKTT College. I started my journey with an internship at SystemXs.ai, where I got to learn the basics of HR and how things work in a real office environment.Right now, I’m working at the DMart Head Office in the HR Operations team. Here, I’ve been handling different HR-related tasks that support the smooth working of the team and the organization. This role has helped me understand how important HR is in managing people and keeping things organized in a company.One area I’m truly interested in is labor law. I believe every employee deserves fairness at the workplace, and I hope to build my career around this interest by learning and growing more in this area.Apart from my work, I also presented and published a research paper titled “Real Risk of AI: Utopia or Disaster – A Study on AI’s Impact on Gen Z”at an international conference. It was a great experience that helped me improve my thinking and research skills.I’m always open to learning, growing, and connecting with people in the HR field.
