About Mansha Arora
Believe it or not, my work found me. All I’ve ever really wanted is to be happy. I still remember during my MICA interview, the faculty asked me what I wanted to be after the course, and my answer was: happy. I may not have fully understood what that meant back then, but six years later, I’m proud to say I’m still chasing it.I’ve spent nearly six years in the creative field, working at some of the world’s top agencies, experiencing both the mainline and digital sides of the media landscape. From designing banners and creating BAU calendars to writing case studies and preparing pitches, I’ve dabbled in it all. And through that journey, I’ve learned to embrace the cultures that foster growth and happiness while walking away from the ones that don’t. After all, happiness is my first love.When I’m in, I’m all in. Whether as a reliable individual contributor, a supportive team player, or a leader who gets things done.And when I’m not wearing my boss girl hat at work, I’m a plant mom, house manager, pampered daughter, and just a happy kid.
