As a retired COO, I’ve transitioned from full-time executive leadership to purpose-driven activities: consulting, coaching, and collegiate teaching. With over 30 years of experience leading strategy, transformation, and operational excellence at organizations such as McKinsey, EMC (now Dell/EMC), Boston Scientific, Fidelity Investments, Citizens Bank, and Plymouth Rock, I now apply those insights to help others thrive.Consulting enables me to offer a fresh, objective perspective on complex business challenges—blending strategic insight with practical execution to deliver both immediate impact and long-term results.
