I\'m a product designer who is deeply motivated by humanistic design, aiming to make tangible contributions to help people improve themselves, their organization, and eventually our culture and society. There is very little I can do as an individual, but I try to make a difference with every design and conversation.Every problem is an opportunity for innovation. I excel at developing simple solutions for complex challenges, with the ability to quickly pick up any domain and dive in both vertically and horizontally to connect the dots. A good product strategy is driven by users, customers and business\' needs. I work with all of them to brainstorm, iterate and validate ideas to ensure the solution is holistically effective. My inspiration comes from continuous learning via reading, listening and interacting with others. I am grateful for the opportunity to have learned from many talented people, and I am eager to expand my network and exchange ideas.

   Currently leading design in Private AI Infrastructure and Machine Learning Operations for enterprise customers- Working with product and engineering leaders to define the AI/ML product design strategy across the VMware software stack- Leading a team and crafting the end to end user experience from setting up AI infrastructure to developing and managing GenAI applications- Planning and facilitating user research to ensure we deliver consistent and intuitive experience for a range of personas in a complex system (Infrastructure Admins, DevOps Engineers, Machine Learning teams & Developers).Previously- Collaborated with CTO and technical leaders to establish GenAI UX standards adopted by products across the company- Owned and delivered the end-to-end design effort of a cloud managed infrastructure product, which includes onboarding, deployment, configuration, day-2 management and scale up capabilities- Championed the research and redesign of multi-cloud inventory management experience in VMware Cloud console, allowing our customers to have a centralized place to manage their infrastructure- Designed and shipped key scale up features for a Local Cloud as a Service product, which resulted in multiple new customer contracts
