I work on growth with a simple goal: make the business a little better than yesterday.Currently, I handle growth and experimentation across Fitelo and Livfitty (new brand). My role spans the full funnel from traffic to conversion to unit economics with responsibility across:CRO | AOV | Profitability | RTO | Cost per Session | Funnel experimentsIf a metric directly affects revenue or margins, I’m expected to understand it and improve it.I started working when I was 18, driven more by curiosity than clarity. I wanted to see how real businesses operate when results matter and excuses don’t. That mindset has stayed with me.At The Future University (TFU), I was trained to think in systems and numbers not just ideas. My work there consistently revolved around execution, feedback, and measurable outcomes rather than theoretical frameworks.What I’ve worked on so far • Maintaining ~4.5% conversion rate consistently (day-over-day) at Fitelo • Experimenting with new funnels, including a PCOS webinar-led funnel • Running CRO and funnel experiments with a focus on incremental, repeatable wins • Working closely with data to understand what actually scales vs what just spikesI’ve learned that growth looks exciting from the outside, but in practice it’s mostly about fixing small leaks before chasing big numbers.
