Some of the most fulfilling moments in my work come from creating clarity and alignment in a team. Over the past 4+ years as a Project Coordinator and Analyst, I’ve guided cross-functional teams on $1.8M enterprise IT project, coordinating sprint planning, task assignments, and stakeholder updates in Agile, Scrum, and hybrid setups. What draws me to project management is the chance to bring structure and focus to complex work, helping teams understand priorities, communicate effectively, manage risks, and deliver results together.I’ve applied this approach across healthcare, retail, and aerospace, balancing structured planning with adaptability. Using tools like Jira, MS Project, Power BI, SharePoint, and Confluence, I help teams track progress, maintain transparent risk, scope, and change logs, streamline workflows, and improve project transparency, all while learning from the perspectives of everyone involved.I’m now looking to grow into full-time roles such as Project Analyst, Associate Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Technical Project Coordinator, IT Project Manager, or PMO Analyst.where I can continue to lead teams, create clarity, and contribute to high-impact initiatives.I’m open to relocation or remote rolesOutside of work, being a trained classical dancer and part of Northeastern’s NUSanskriti team has taught me that creativity, empathy, and rhythm are as important in guiding projects as planning, tools, and structured processes.I enjoy connecting with people who are building meaningful solutions and driving measurable impact together.Connect with me: m••••••••@gmail.com
