ABOUT MANRAJ SINGH
I am a undergraduate student at the University of Alberta, pursuing a computer science degree. I have three primary fields of interest: entrepreneurship machine learning/AI, and social change. My background and experiences have honed a strong set of transferable skills and a positive attitude. I have been involved in business and entrepreneurship, while also maintaining extracurriculars and my academics. As a result, I am highly adaptable, have strong interpersonal skills, and am a quick learner. Apart from academics and extracurriculars, I enjoy reading to improve upon life skills (I have been reading up on How to Influence People, Science of Influence!); photography (portrait and street); physical health (I have been to actively lifting for multiple years). I love meeting new people to connect over experiences, mindsets, and personal insights. In terms of my experience with business I am experienced with handling is assets over three companies, named Snap, iLumenation, and Wread. 3 Years of experience working with marketing with Plant Forever as the VP of Marketing, utilizing strategies that allowed videos to gain over 2.6 million views in under 2 weeks, as well as coordinating talks with the City of Edmonton as well as local political leaders for environmental change.
