I do carry 8 years experience in Global Mobility Services which is to provide End to End services for assignees who follows under International assignment/ International and Domestic Relocation/ International Local Hire and few others. As being Global Mobility Specialist in Labcorp, my job responsibilities are divided into three categories ( Pre, Interim and End ) assignment. For pre assignment, Cost Projection, Onboarding assignee, preparing and releasing offer letter, initiation Immigration process and pre medical test and medical coverage process for assignee and any dependants if travelling with assignee). To accomplish this, engaging with vendors for immigration, pre medical, tickets and destination services ( Apartment search, registering employees in country tax system, car renting etc.). I also do payroll for International hire assignee and work closely with payroll so assignee get his/her salary on time. In intirm, helping assignee if he she needs any help regarding certificate of employment, certificate for working remotely and if assignment extends and reduces then preparing all letter and issuing to assignees. Also informing same to payroll so salary or benefits can be aligned according to changes also informing same to vendor for medical coverage, social security coverage and tax vendor to take action accordingly.
