Under the supervision of State Project Officer and Divisional U-WIN Coordinator of the Mohali region and in close coordination with the Vaccine and Cold Chain Manager (VCCM) of the Mohali, Rupnagar and Hoshiarpur provide regular technical and handholding support for the implementation of U-WIN.• Collect and compile the Metadata of all ANMs and ASHAs in the district in a prescribed format.• Support the ANMs and ASHAs in his/her district in the data entry in U-WIN in a quality manner.• Support the VCCM in organizing training/meetings at the District and Block levels. This support may include coordination in organizing logistics and technical support during the training sessions.• Attend training/meetings related to U-WIN organized by UNDP• Monitor the U-WIN dashboard and reports and provide evidence-based support to the ANMs and ASHAs through on the job trainings and supportive supervisory visits to Sub-centers, RI session sites, etc.• Submit periodic reports to the reporting officer. This includes Monthly work plan and activity report, travel logs and vouchers, attendance report, etc.• Perform any other tasks/activities which is assigned by the reporting officer.
