As a Law Intern at Nikhil Bhatia Law Professional Corporation, I assist with various aspects of business law, immigration law, and real estate law. I have a Bachelor of Laws degree from India and a certification from the National Committee on Accreditation (NCA) in Canada, which enables me to practice law in Canada. I have 3 years of Canadian experience and 9 years of international experience as a lawyer in corporate law, operations, risk management, litigation, regulatory affairs, drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing legal agreements and contracts. I have skills in legal compliance, contractual agreements, and document drafting. I am proficient in drafting, reviewing, and responding to requests for NDAs and various commercial contracts, conducting title and off-title searches, resolving related issues, and filing final reports for real estate transactions. I also have experience in reviewing and processing immigration-related documents, following up on calls and emails, and assisting with general practice management. I am motivated by providing high-quality legal services to clients and ensuring accuracy and timely execution of legal documents.
