ABOUT MANPREET KAUR
An extremely driven individual, I love taking on new challenges. As a young professional who has worked their way up within the M&S store roles by owning my own development, I take pride in everything that I do. I am always open to learning new things and taking on new challenges with a positive outlook. My strengths include empowering my team by giving them the coaching they need and building their confidence whilst keeping customer experience at the heart of everything. I started my career with M&S as a customer assistant after graduating from university with a first class BA hons degree in Business management and leadership. I then became a Section co-ordinator, within nine month I really took charge of my departments managed my own development and then I stepped up to be a team manager November 2018 and I am now a Store Manager in the West Midlands Region
