Becoming an NCS leader meant that I was responsible for 15-17 young people and guided them on various tasks throughout the duration of their trip During the residential week I used my leadership skills and confidence in order for all of the students to complete their tasks effectivelyIn the charity work week it was very important for me to encourage the young people to build on their confidence and interpersonal skillsMade sure to adapt my approach when I felt students weren\'t engaging as much as they could’ve so they could get the best out of the programme

ABOUT MANPREET ATHWAL
I am a passionate, engaging and well-rounded fourth year pharmacy student currently studying at Keele University.I have experience in different sectors of the clinical pharmacy world including community pharmacies and hospital settings where I have had the opportunity to work on my teamwork skills within the MDTs and also further expanded on patient centred care. Additionally, I have a strong passion for Industry pharmacy as the incorporation of both clinical knowledge and product development truly excites me. I specifically have a fond interest in Dermatology and skincare and I will continue to build on my skillset to allow me to thrive in this industry.
