Working as a Resource Person at Azim Premji Foundation has given me the opportunity to engage closely with communities and contribute to initiatives that directly impact women and children. Through the Crèche Initiative, I am supporting the creation of safe, nurturing spaces for children of working mothers, while empowering women and Anganwadi workers with skills in childcare, early learning, and nutrition. At the same time, my work in the Community Nutrition Program focuses on spreading awareness about maternal and child health, collaborating with ICDS and frontline workers, and promoting sustainable nutrition practices using locally available resources.Every day in the field is a reminder that when women and children are supported with care and dignity, families become stronger and communities move forward together.
