Acting as the principle point of contact on assigned projects, with customers and key stakeholders for all design activity- Lead customer meetings and workshops, to ensure the required output are met- Preparation of defined BMS/ENMS design deliverables for RIBA 4 and 5, typically including Network Architecture, Points Schedule, Sequence of Operation- Collation of all design information and resolution of queries to allow timely completion of design, including necessary submittals and approval from customers representative- Identifying scope changes, including provision of necessary information to support claims for time/cost impact- Actively coordinate with internal teams, ensuring flow of information to allow efficient Software and Graphic production- Providing high degree of collaboration with project team to ensure that overall project timelines are met- Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of customer engineering standards- Provide regular status reporting of all design deliverables, to highlight progress both internally and externally- Undertake peer reviews of other team members deliverables- Function as the customer trusted advisor in all aspects of BMS/ENMS design and technical solutions- Organize task assignment to remote engineering support and production teams to ensure deliverable milestones are met- Project Experience – Amazon Colo Engineering Design.
