Logistics focal point for Import / Export operational issues for business representatives as well as logistics service providers in KSA.• Manage SAP system exceptions and monitor transactions and have deep knowledge around system transactions and material flow.• Conduct carrier performance meetings and manage KPI’s with carriers and freight forwarders.• Manage 3PLS in managing Empty container depot and inbound/outbound flow of container with target to ensure the reduction of detention and rejection and increasing the productivity and throughput to meet Sadara request for empties.• Monitor the process and manage exceptions from PO entry, Planning the shipment, Booking confirmation, Load confirmation, goods issued and confirmation onboard along with Shipment completion and quality data.• Provide Export/Import expertise to 6 sigma initiatives and execute improvement projects.• Manage KSA country specific issues and Logistics exceptions.• Responsible to execute the RCI in case of serious or moderate incident with containers shipped from the KSA area.• Participate in/Lead optimization studies and understanding the impact of business Client volume changes to the current process.• Initiate develop and implement work process and systems enhancements.• Provide support for (MPC) Marine packed cargo work process creation/ update.• Participate in Global teams to leverage practices form other regions.• Lead or participate in the implementation of freight tenders for MPC.• Implementation of ELDP for Middle East region.• Communicate and coordinate outbound volumes with partners at Sadara to ensure push model production systems are met.• Ensure compliance with PMLA Agreement for MPC.
