ABOUT MANORANJAN CHOUDHARY

Fourteen years of experience in design engineering, project management & coordination for power, energy, process, manufacturing projects. Certified Energy Auditor & Certified Energy Manager from Bureau of Energy Efficiency, India, Chartered Engineer from The Institute of Engineers [India] and Certification in Project Management from IIT Delhi, India. Project Management Project management activities including development and management of project scope, schedule, budget, issue/risks, resources, communication, procurement, and quality. Anticipating/identifying issues which will have an impact on the targets, immediately or in the future and take preventive actions. Engineering Engineering activities including: basic & detail engineering such as simulation, calculation, HMBD, WBD, PFD, P & ID, TS, DS, design criteria, system description, plant operation control philosophy, etc. for steam, feedwater, condensate, fuel oil, natural gas, water system (chilled water, hot water, cooling water, potable water, waste water, sewage, etc.), industrial gases system (H2, N2, He, Ar, etc.), compressed air, etc. Identifying new vendors, which lead to a reduction in bid price for a proposal, techno-commercial bid evaluation, and award recommendation. People and leadership Motivate, counsel, and constructively deal with people at all levels. Delegate tasks and takes the lead on projects, same time stay involved and inspire my team by showing that I’m working hands-on to help them, too.
