Mano is a Program level implementation expert. He is a Texas licensed Professional Engineer, Certified Construction Manager by CMAA and Certified Project Manager by AECOM. He has multifaceted diverse skillset of leadership and technical expertise. Spanning over 19 years of continued experience, he has an excellent, client endorsed track record of successfully delivering multiple complex and challenging infrastructure projects concurrently under atypical circumstances. For over last seven years, Mano has been co-located with esteemed public clients as owner’s authorized representative under Program Management & Construction Management contracts. In this role, he has been leading muti-discipline diverse project teams to deliver projects from conception to handover under a programmatic approach and in line with clients’ vision while also developing/refining several processes’ governance. In his prior roles, Mano managed the design delivery of infrastructure projects for various public clients such as US Army Corps of Engineers, DFW International Airport (DFW), City of Dallas, City of Fort Worth and TxDOT. His comprehensive technical expertise includes hands-on design and design management of engineering projects involving construction of street corridors (paving), water lines, sanitary sewer lines, storm drain design, environmental compliance, condition assessments, Traffic Control Plans and He also has extensive land and site development experience that includes development of single family residential lots in sixteen subdivisions over 1300 acres of land.
